Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how All Coloring Pages handles information when you visit all-coloringpages.com, download a printable or contact our team. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

Who this policy covers

This policy covers our website and messages sent to our contact address. It does not cover another website you visit through an external link or the independent practices of your browser, email provider or internet provider.

Our public coloring downloads do not require you to create an account or provide an email address. You can choose whether to contact us.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name your email service displays, your message and any attachments you include. Your email service may also supply technical message information needed to deliver the email.

We use that information to answer questions, investigate download problems, consider suggestions, handle permission requests and address privacy or rights concerns. Please send only the information needed for your request.

Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or children’s personal information with routine support messages. We will not treat contacting us as permission to publish your message, name or artwork.

Technical information when you visit

Your browser sends technical information when it requests a page or file. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, the requested URL and the time of the request. Depending on your browser settings, a request may also include the page that referred you.

Website infrastructure providers may process and retain operational logs to deliver content, diagnose faults, maintain availability and protect against abuse. These technical requests are separate from the personal information you choose to send by email.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar browser storage can support functions such as sessions, preferences and security. The presence of a cookie does not automatically mean that it supports advertising. Administrative sign in may use session technology that ordinary visitors do not need.

Our current site settings do not configure Google Analytics or custom advertising and tracking scripts. This statement does not mean that hosting and security services receive no technical information.

If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technology, we will update the relevant information and provide consent controls where applicable law requires them before using those technologies. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary storage may affect some functions.

Why we handle information

We handle information to operate the website, deliver requested files, respond to messages, fix problems, protect the service and address valid legal or rights concerns. We do not need a visitor’s name or email address simply to provide a public printable.

Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, ordinary support and security processing may rely on legitimate interests, subject to the required assessment of your rights. Legal obligations can require particular records or disclosures. Where consent is the appropriate basis, we must obtain it for the relevant activity rather than assume that visiting the site supplies consent.

Service providers and disclosures

Providers that support hosting, file delivery, website security and email may process information needed for those services. Our published contact address uses Gmail, so messages you send to it pass through Google’s email service as well as your own provider.

We may disclose relevant information when the law requires it or when necessary to address a substantiated security incident or rights concern. We limit the information to what the situation reasonably requires.

We do not publish private support correspondence or provide it to other users as part of answering an ordinary request.

How long information stays

We keep correspondence for the time needed to answer the request, manage relevant follow up and maintain records needed for a genuine dispute or legal obligation. The appropriate period depends on the request’s purpose, sensitivity and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Technical log and backup periods depend on the infrastructure service and its configuration. Deleting an active record may not immediately remove a protected backup; backup copies follow the provider’s retention and replacement process. Contact us if you need details about information connected with your request.

Security and international processing

We aim to limit access to information to people and providers who need it for the purposes described here. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those safeguards must apply to the relevant processing. Contact us for information about the services involved in your request.

Children and family use

Our coloring resources can appeal to children, but children do not need to submit personal details to download public materials. Parents, guardians and teachers should handle support messages and permission requests on their behalf.

Please do not send a child’s full name, school, location or photograph with a theme suggestion. If you believe we received personal information from a child inappropriately, email us with enough information to identify the message. We will review the concern and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

This approach does not remove any legal duties that apply to services used by children. We must consider those duties before adding features that collect children’s information.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask about information associated with your correspondence and request correction or deletion. Depending on your location and the processing involved, applicable law may also give you rights of access, restriction, portability or objection, and a right to withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

Right to object: where applicable law gives you a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, you can raise that objection by emailing us and explaining the processing concerned.

Send privacy requests to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting information. We will explain any applicable exception and respond within the period required by the law that applies to your request.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. You do not need to give up that right to contact us first.

External links

If you follow a link to another website, that destination can receive technical request information and apply its own privacy practices. Review its policy before entering personal information. We do not control those independent websites.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as applicable.

For questions about this policy or your information, email [email protected]. Our Contact Us page explains what to include in a request.
