Help with a download or print
Include the page link, the file you tried to download and a short explanation of what happened. If the issue involves printing, tell us your device, printer model and paper size. A screenshot can help, but hide names, email addresses and other private information first.
Suggest a coloring theme
Tell us the subject you would like to see and whether you prefer simple outlines or more detailed artwork. We welcome ideas, although a suggestion does not guarantee that we will create or publish a design.
Report an error
Send the page link and explain the wording, artwork or link that needs attention. If you suggest a factual correction, include a reliable source so our team can review it.
Artwork and permissions
For a permission request, include the design link and explain how you want to use it, how many copies you need and whether the project involves sales or promotion. Do not assume that a download grants commercial permission.
If you believe a page affects your rights, include the exact page URL, identify the work or right involved and explain your connection to it. Please provide enough information for us to locate and review the concern.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe the information or correspondence you want us to review. Send the request from the email address involved when possible. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents unless we explain why a specific verification step is necessary.
A note for families
Parents, guardians and teachers should contact us on a child’s behalf. Please do not send children’s full names, school details, photographs or other identifying information with routine feedback.
